We are currently experiencing delays processing returns and refunds due to Government and State restrictions on the number of team members we can have to operate in a safe environment. Please allow extra time for your refund. 
Returns are easy! Simply follow the steps below for a hassle-free experience. Don't forget to have a printer available.

Where can I find my Order Number?

Your order number can be found in your ORDER HISTORY, on your Invoice you received with your items, or on your confirmation email that begins with #BHXXXX.

What can I return?

We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return) postmarked back to us within 30 days from original ship date. Donations are non-refundable; see our Return and Exchange Policy for full details. 

There are no restocking fees when you return your item(s) (excluding return shipping cost) with 14 days of receipt. When returning your item, you may choose from these options:

Store Credit - Make your next purchase easy!

Refund - Eligible returns will receive a refund to your payment method

Exchange - Exchange for Same or Lesser Value.  If you would like to upgrade, please call our customer care line for help with navigating this process.


    When will I get my refund?

    Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
