RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Belle of Hope LLC and it's subsidiaries strive for your full satisfaction. If at any time you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. To complete your return online with ease, click here.
Belle of Hope LLC will accept returns** for specific items purchased on the BelleofHope.com online store within 7 days from delivery date. All the items we sell are in NEW and UNWORN condition therefore, we have 3 refund options in place. Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.
1) No Restocking Fee Option, Refund for Store Credit. Store credit does not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases. A registered account is required. Our Client Care team can assist you in setting up an account. If a prepaid label is selected through the online return request process, a $10 Shipping Fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. There is no restocking fee when this option is chosen.
2) Refund to original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. If a prepaid label is selected through the online return request process, a $10 Shipping Fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Every item returned is carefully inspected and shipped back to our vendors that incurs significant time, labor and handling costs. This restocking fee covers those costs incurred to make your experience successful every time.
3) Hassle Free Exchange.
- You may return for merchandise exchange. Items must be sent back within 7 business days of receipt and in new condition. Items cannot be worn, combed, have an odor, styled, cut and must be in the original packaging. All tags, tissue paper, combs must be attached and odor free. Bosley, Kashmir Biotex, Kode Professional, Henry Margu, Louis Ferre, Milano Collection, all turbans, beanies, costume wigs, all mannequins and accessories, clearance sale items and price matched items are FINAL SALE.
- Refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We encourage you to insure your returns package, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Promotional items offered with your product must be sent back with your return, otherwise retail value of the items will be charged and deducted from your total refund.
- Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
- Only one exchange per order.
- Call us at (843) 702-2241 or place your order online. Reference your order number in the comment area on the shipping/billing info page.
- When we process the new order, we will waive the domestic ground shipping back to you.
- An email confirmation and status updates will be sent to you so that you can follow your exchange until it arrives back to you.
- For manual exchange, please fill out the exchange form on the back of your invoice with the item you are returning and the item you would like in exchange.
- Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. No discounts are permitted on exchanges. Coupon codes, promotions or gift certificates received are non-transferable to the new exchange order.
**Items that do not meet the new condition criteria will be subject to a 30% fee or rejected with no refund; the remaining amount will be refunded to store credit only.
