Flat–Fee Shipping & Handling

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Deliveries to APO/FPO/PO boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly.

Flat–Fee Shipping:
We offer 5 shipping options, plus FREE Shipping for US Orders over $50 (except during sale events):
· US Ground* shipping takes 7–9 business days: $7.95
· US Air shipping takes 4–6 business days: $14.95
· US Express shipping takes 2–3 business days: 39.95
· Canada Air shipping takes 5–14 business days: $29.95**
· International shipping takes 8–14 business days: $54.95**
*All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only. Note: US Air shipping is the required option for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska – US Ground shipping is not an option.
** BelleofHope.com, BOH.com or it's Subsidiaries are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international packages (including Canada) will only be refunded 50% of the total order amount. Note: Ellen Wille items may only be shipped within US & Canada; International shipping not available for this brand.

Signature Required Note: While BelleofHope.com, BOH.com or it's Subsidiaries requires a signature for clients to accept shipments/orders over $500, the client can have that waived through UPS My Choice. However, we do not recommend waiving the signature requirement because if the package is lost you have waived all liability; therefore, UPS cannot do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package.

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Shipping Cancellations, Refusals

We understand that ordering a wig for your appearance is an important undertaking, However, it is important to note some of our wigs are special order, once ordering process begins, Labor, Material an Shipping Costs will be incurred. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

*Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a full refund.
*Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
*Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
*Once the item been delivered, the order can't be cancelled.
**If you do not reply us to confirm your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel your order and offer the refund according to our cancellation policy.

If you really have a special circumstances need to cancel the order, please send an email stating your order number to contactus@belleofhope.com. We will calculate the cancellation time according to the time of the email is received.

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
